Refunds / Cancellations

Thank you for choosing NadiPulse Prognostics. Please review the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations for the NPulse wrist-based device.

1. Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for purchases of the NPulse device. All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as outlined in the Replacement Policy below.

2. Cancellations:

Orders for the NPulse device cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.

3. Replacement Policy:

In the event that you encounter any issues with your NPulse device, such as manufacturing defects or malfunctions, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, provide a replacement device at no additional cost to you.
