1. Shipping Timeframe:

Due to high demand and the complexity of manufacturing our NPulse device, please allow approximately 2-3 months for delivery from the date of purchase. While we strive to expedite the shipping process, certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

2. Address Requirement:

To ensure the successful delivery of your NPulse device, please provide a valid shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

3. Free Shipping:

For a limited time, we are offering free shipping on all NPulse device orders. You will not incur any additional shipping charges beyond the listed price of the device.

4. Shipping Method:

We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your NPulse device safely and securely to your designated address. Once your device has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

5. International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within India. We do not currently ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
