Due to high demand and the complexity of manufacturing our NPulse device, please allow approximately 2-4 days for delivery from the date of purchase. While we strive to expedite the shipping process, certain factors beyond our control may affect delivery times.

To ensure the successful delivery of your NPulse device, please provide a valid shipping address during the checkout process. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Method:

We utilize reliable shipping carriers to deliver your NPulse device safely and securely to your designated address. Once your device has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. International Shipping:

We now accept international orders. Shipping timelines may vary by destination, with delivery typically completed within 3–7 business days. Our trusted shipping partners include Blue Dart and DHL, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
